Janis Lindsey Huggins Wins Colorado Book Award

“Wild At Heart,” authored by Snowmass Village resident, Janis Lindsey Huggins, won the 2005 Colorado Book Award.  Wild At Heart is an in-depth field guide detailing the natural world in and around Snowmass Village and the Maroon Bells Wilderness. The book was a five year project that “kept getting bigger and bigger” according to the author.
